At PR Partners Academy in Manassas, our Rising Star stylists offer a variety of services for guests looking for quality care at a great price, including free haircuts during select training sessions. All services are performed under the supervision of our licensed instructors. Services include: haircuts, blowdry, hair and scalp treatments, coloring services, highlights, fashion coloring and balayage. To schedule an appointment, call the academy at 703-479-7023. Walk-ins are welcome.
